Booking: A 50% deposit secures the booking, balance is due 14 days from check-in which finalises the booking. We will prompt you to pay the balance, or if you paid by card through our website we can debit your card when due. Failure to pay the balance and to get in contact with us to confirm why may result in cancellation of booking.

 

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or move your booking please contact us immediately.

A cancellation outside of 1 month of check-in will be entitled to a refund minus $100.

A cancellation within 1 month of check-in will forfeit payment made for your booking.

Variations of bookings can only be made where your booking falls outside of 1 month of check-in. Any further variations will not be permitted beyond the initial variation.

Any cancellations due to health reasons will not be entitled to a refund or credit.

We recommend taking out travel insurance.

 

Check-in/out: Standard check-in time is from 2pm, check-out by 11am. Flexible times can be arranged if there is no same day check-out or check-in by other guests.

Details for check-in will be sent to you within two weeks of your stay.


Damages:
You agree to pay for any damages incurred during your stay. Examples may include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements.

 

Inclement Weather: Wollemi Retreat doesn’t accept any responsibility for any impact on your stay due to inclement weather, this is completely out of our control.

 

Injury: Wollemi Retreat accept no responsibility from all claims or causes of action you or any guests may have arising from injury, loss or damage of any kind suffered by guests including personal injury, illness or death and/or loss or damage to any property arising directly or indirectly out of your stay.

Pets: If you are bringing a pet there is a surcharge of $80 per stay. Only 1 pet is permitted and must be communicated to us prior to your stay.
If you are bringing a pet you agree to the following:

·        No excess cleaning as a result of your pet

·        No pets on the lounge, bed or in the bath

·        Pet faeces to be removed from within the immediate vicinity of the cabins, roughly 30m radius from around each cabin
